※ Modules strip placing system
place the modules strip that need to be produced, and it move automatically
※ Inspecting RFID antenna
inspect 4/8-pin antenna of 8PIN RFID chip to identify whether the antenna is intact
※ Calculating bad chips
Calculate the Bad Chips in New Roll Module Strip to identify Bad Chip Location
※ M2 large module pre-personalization (40 reading heads)---Equipped with 40 programming stations, can write data to 40 module chips at the same time
※ M3 small module pre-personalization(40 reading heads)---Equipped with 40 programming stations, can write data to 40 module chips at the same time
※ Rewriting system
Mainly write the failed chip, the system provides rewrite function to improve the system yield.
※ Punching system A
The chip on the inner side of the module strip failed to rewrite, it will make the punching the marking at the punching system A.
※ Punching system B
The chip on the outer side of the module strip failed to rewrite, it will make the punching the marking at the punching system B.
※ Punching and marking system
For the chips fail to rewrite, it provide the function of punching or marking at the corresponding chip.
※ Modules strip roll collecting system
Collect the modules strip automatically
