High Speed Non-contact Cards Read and Write Machine

Product function 

The machine have two modes

 Mode 1: Card Dispensed--- Card Reader read code--- Laser jet printing--- automatic generating contact  card date --OCR inspection--- Good quality cards collection-- Bad quality cards collection

For the cards that have been done UV spray printing need to read code, You can use mode 2

Mode 2: Card Dispensed--- OCR detection (detection the UV printed information whether  consistent with database information )-- write card (Check qualified cards are written and the rejected card are not written and taken out ) --- Good quality cards collection--bad quality cards collection

Inspection speed :  the highest 7200 pieces /per hour.

(Different working modes produce different efficiency , influenced by the chip and data size)

 

Write card parameters

1、 Support to change the sector cipher

2、 Write data to the specified sector

3、 Read the code

4、 Test card printing data，ensuring the consistency  of the data  with the database，Prevent wrong writing

5、 Test  electrical properties  of ID cards

Support type of card: CPU card for Type protocol in line with ISO14443 standard ,mifare Std4k、mifare UltraLight、S50 、S70
